Legal Defense Plan Attorneys

When law enforcement officers face legal challenges, whether during active service or in retirement, having the right attorney matters. The Fraternal Order of Police Legal Defense Plan provides access to a trusted network of attorneys who are dedicated to defending those who serve and protect.

The attorneys listed below are approved to represent participants in both:

  • The FOP Legal Defense Plan for active law enforcement officers facing administrative, civil, or criminal matters arising from duty-related incidents.
  • The Concealed Carry Coverage (CCC) for retired officers involved in legal matters related to the lawful carrying or use of a concealed firearm.

Each attorney is thoroughly vetted and familiar with the unique legal landscape surrounding law enforcement. Whether you are seeking representation for administrative action, a civil claim, or criminal defense, these attorneys are equipped to provide experienced, effective legal support.

The list below includes contact information and service areas for each attorney. To retain counsel through the plan, follow the instructions provided to you upon enrollment.
