Today, we remember South Carolina Department of Corrections Guard John Catlett Robbins.
On this date in 1915, Guard Robbins succumbed to gunshot wounds he had sustained during a bloodhound track of a robbery suspect. Guard Robbins was survived by his brother and two sisters of Anderson.
