To help us be as efficient as possible, we encourage lodges to submit their reports prior to state meetings.
The lodge report format consists of two parts: spoken/bullet points and written/full. Your spoken report is limited to three minutes.
Please remember that your presentation is valuable to other lodges for inspiration and motivation. Showcase your creativity and resourcefulness. Lodge size is not what is important. Your lodge may not be able to pull off what another lodge can; however, you may be able to take another lodge’s concept and modify it to fit your lodge’s needs.
Your spoken report should create enough buzz to make members want to read your entire report for themselves. This time is not intended for you to tell us two years’ worth of your lodge’s activities — carefully and thoughtfully curate the news you want to share!
This report will need to be submitted electronically two weeks before the conference. There is no limit on what you can write about.
